About Us
A decade of shaping how Nepal lives and invests.
Founded in Kathmandu, A&P Housing and Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. combines local knowledge with professional standards to deliver property you can trust.
Our Story
From a small brokerage to a full-service developer.
What began in 2012 as a two-person brokerage in Baluwatar has grown into a full-service real estate firm. Today we manage hundreds of properties, have delivered fourteen housing projects, and advise investors from Nepal and abroad, including Non-Resident Nepalis.
We believe property is more than a transaction. It is a family's security, a business's foundation and a generation's legacy, and we treat it that way.
Mission
To make property ownership in Nepal transparent, secure and rewarding.
Vision
To be Nepal's most trusted name in real estate and housing development.
Values
Integrity, quality, accountability and long-term client relationships.
